Aka the year of the Floods.  While the majority of Gloucestershire was up to it's armpits in dirty water courtesy of the Severn bustin' it's banks, the SWF team were beavering away getting the Second International Screenwriters' Festival in shape.  There were speakers such as Diana Ossana, Brokeback Mountain; Stephen Frears, The Queen; Terence Davis, The Times and the City and many more.
